I'm Hamza Seçkin, originally from Turkey. I moved to South Africa in early 2025 to marry my wife, whom I met in 2022. Although she had initially planned to move to Turkey, circumstances changed, and relocating to her homeland became the only way for us to build a life together.
From the start, I knew finding work would be challenging due to the language barrier. After exploring several ventures, I chose to continue the construction work I had done in Turkey, despite initial uncertainty about local demand and material availability.
My expertise is well established across multiple regions in Turkey, particularly my home province of Tekirdağ. I regularly traveled province to province with my team, building wherever clients required. We now bring the same approach to South Africa—delivering on-demand builds ideal for remote or luxury retreat projects.
Although I am still new to South Africa and have never formally studied English, the quality of my work speaks for itself. Building a local team required patience on all sides, but together we completed our first South African build—one we are proud to present.
This project is a 96 sqm single-bedroom home located in the scenic area of Cato Ridge, KwaZulu-Natal, approximately two minutes from Hibiscus Hospital Cato Ridge. While it is the smallest build I have completed—my projects typically begin at 150 sqm—it demonstrates our standards, flexibility, and attention to detail.
